Water-Fed Pole (WFP) Systems are a method of cleaning windows using purified water, which is pumped through a telescopic pole to a soft brush. The brush gently removes dirt and grime from windows, frames, and sills, while the purified water rinses it away. Because all impurities are removed from the water, it dries completely streak-free.

Please note that building materials such as paint, render, or harling will not be removed, as these require scraping and are not included in the standard monthly cleaning service.

You do not need to be home for your windows to be cleaned. If access is an issue, I can contact you the night before via text so you can leave any gates or garages unlocked. Once the windows have been cleaned, a card will be posted through your door to confirm the job has been completed. All access arrangements will be agreed with you in advance.

My window cleaning schedule is based on a monthly service. I may ask for a few days’ flexibility on either side of your scheduled clean to allow for weather or other unforeseen circumstances. I provide cleaning throughout the year to ensure your windows remain clean and well-maintained in all seasons.

Yes, we can still clean windows in the rain. Rain does not make windows dirty, and it has no effect on Water-Fed Pole cleaning. We use purified water, which contains no minerals and leaves no residue, so once the dirt is rinsed away, the glass dries spotless—just as it would on a dry day.

While it’s a common belief that rain causes spots or streaks, rainwater is actually very pure and runs off clean windows without leaving residue. However, we will not clean during extremely heavy rain or storms to ensure safety and the best results.

We accept cash, card, cheque, and bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please use your address as the payment reference. After each clean, a payment card with the details will be posted through your door so you can confirm the service has been completed. Payment is requested within 7 days, and a friendly reminder will be sent if necessary.
